Research Interests
My primary area of interest is in PDE models for the behavior of thin liquid films with mixtures of particles,
such as mixing and separation of particles in suspensions, deposition in evaporating films
and instabilities in spreading films. I am interested in asymptotics and numerical methods for
non-linear diffusion equations and hyperbolic conservation laws such as the equations that arise in
lubrication models for multi-phase flows.
