Purposes: To continue our study of polynomial approximations P_{n}(x) to a function f(x) (begun in Taylor Polynomials I); in particular, to study the set of numbers x for which P_{n}(x) approaches f(x) as n becomes large
Prerequisites: The Taylor Polynomials I module, plus arctangent and natural logarithm functions
