The lodging fee should be calculated as follows: if you have a grant or other external support, you should pay the full cost of sharing a double room ($41 per night) or a single room ($82 per night). If you do not have a grant, and are planning to share a double room, you owe nothing. If you do not have a grant, and are requesting a single room, you should pay $41 (the difference between a single and half of a double) per night.
If your situation falls outside the scenarios contemplated in the preceding paragraph (e.g., you're sharing a room with a nonparticipant), send us a note describing your circumstances and we'll respond with our best estimate of the appropriate fee.
Please do not send checks drawn on non-U.S. banks, as we have to pay a substantial fee to cash foreign checks. Non-U.S. participants can pay the registration and banquet fees in U.S. dollars upon arrival.Geometry Festival
