REGISTRATION, FEES, and SUPPORT

The registration fee for the conference is $40 ($20 for graduate students). The fee for the pizza supper is $10 per person and the fee for the banquet is $30 per person. We have reserved rooms at the Regal University Hotel at $82 per night (including tax) for a double (i.e., $41 per person per night, double occupancy). Single rooms are $82 per night.

  • About the hotel and shuttles to and from the airport

    The Regal University Hotel is located at 2800 Campus Walk Avenue, Durham NC 27705-4479 , (919) 383-8575. Reservations should be made through us, not with the hotel, to get the above rate. Also, the hold we have on the block of rooms expires on February 17, at which time we must commit to the number of rooms that will be set aside for the conference. Thus, we cannot guarantee space in the hotel at the above rates unless you register BEFORE February 17.

    The Regal University Hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Please use the courtesy telephone in the Baggage Claim Area at the airport to arrange for transportation. The telephone will have the sign Regal University Hotel on it.
